Union Pacific Railroad Big Boy Steam Tour
From October 15th - 19th, 2019, the Union Pacific Railroad Steam Program ran the only operating Big Boy steam locomotive, UP 4014, through Southern Arizona. It made many stops in Arizona including Yuma, Casa Grande, and Tucson. On October 16th, it arrived at Casa Grande for an overnight layover. The next day, I joined the Railfans in Casa Grande to watch the Big Boy head to Tucson. On the 18th, I saw it on display in Tucson and even got to meet the engineer of the Big Boy.
*NOTE* Not all of the photos in this set are of the Big Boy. There are other trains included that I saw while on this trip

Along the way, it made many stops in towns for people to see the Big Boy. It arrived at the UP Steam Program's shops in Cheyenne, Wyoming, on May 8, 2014.
