The USAF was going to rebuild the car into a hospitality car, but that was never done. Instead, it was sold to a private owner in 1990. Three years later, it was sold to Rail Preservation Inc. of Scottsdale, Arizona which later gave the car to the Arizona Railway Museum in 1996. The museum has since rebuilt the car into a lounge.

Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Observation (Passenger) Car "Denehotso"
Built in 1948 by the Pullman Company as a rear end observation car for the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway (ATSF). In 1968, the car was retired and was donated to the Steamtown Foundation in Bellows Falls, Vermont. Later, the Steamtown Foundation moved to Scranton, Pennsylvania and some of their equipment had to be sold. The car was sold and passed through two owners before being purchased by the Arizona Railway Museum in 1995.
